Director of Workforce Optimization

Our client is a prestigious, award-winning casino and hotel that is part of a rapidly growing company. As a prime destination on the East Coast, the property offers thousands of slot machines and table games, four-diamond rated hotel amenities, delectable dining options, a relaxing and luxurious spa experience, and enjoyable entertainment.

The Director of Workforce Optimization is responsible for the development and execution of strategic labor initiatives, as well as the accurate forecasting and improvement of all company schedules. The ideal candidate will mentor team members, create workforce models, report on staffing needs, and maintain short and long-term staffing goals. This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Finance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, finance, or related field; an MBA is a plus
• At least four years of experience in analytics and casino operational leadership roles
• Experience implementing staffing plans in a high-volume environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Salary Range: $99,000 – $126,500
