We have been retained by an upscale casino resort with world-class amenities and entertainment. With a four-diamond hotel, a full-service spa, outdoor pools, award-winning golf course, and over 10 dining options, this is an elevated getaway experience for guests of all ages! 

The Executive Chef is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of all food outlets on the property. Our successful candidate will oversee 20+ supervisors within the Culinary department, while developing and executing menus for each restaurant. The position reports to the VP of Food and Beverage.


  • Culinary degree or diploma
  • At least 8 years of Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef experience
  • Prior experience working in a high-volume, multi-outlet facility

Salary Range: $140,000 – $180,000
