We are conducting a confidential search for a luxurious casino resort in the West Coast. The property offers breathtaking views, noteworthy accommodations, and an impressive assortment of culinary delights. We are seeking an innovative culinary expert with a strong business acumen to take on this creative role!  

The Executive Chef will oversee the culinary operations of the property’s restaurants and banquets. Our ideal candidate will operate and create concepts in fine dining. The position reports to the Director of Food and Beverage. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Culinary degree required
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in a large-volume casino resort is ideal
  • Proven banquet and opening experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of the latest culinary trends is a plus
