The Executive Chef will oversee the culinary operations of all restaurants while mentoring a team of sous chefs. We are seeking a visionary leader who will design the kitchen and concepts of the property’s future hotel and convention center. The position reports directly to the Vice President of Food & Beverage.


  • Culinary degree preferred
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in a casino or hospitality environment is ideal
  • Proven banquet and opening experience strongly preferred
  • Must have excellent organizational skills
