The Executive Chef is responsible for the overall operation of the back of the house in the Food & Beverage Department. Our ideal candidate will be accountable for food safety, food and labor cost control, food quality, and recipe adherence. The position reports to the Food and Beverage Director.
Salary Range: Up to $100,000
