The Executive Chef is responsible for quality assurance and oversight of all food productions. Our engaging candidate will have existing experience cooking upscale cuisine with international influences and managing kitchens in both casual and fine dining environments. The position reports to the Director of Food & Beverage.


  • Certification in culinary arts and Associate’s degree in a culinary program preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience as an executive chef in a resort or casino preferred
  • Extensive banquet planning experience in high-volume settings is a plus
  • Proficient in developing seasonal, cost-efficient menus and wine pairings

Salary Range: $88,611 – $110,746
