We have been retained by a prominent casino resort on the West Coast. The Executive Chef is responsible for quality assurance and oversight of all food production. The successful candidate will have experience cooking upscale cuisine with international influences a, as well as being well-versed in managing kitchens in both casual and fine dining environments. The position reports to the Director of Food & Beverage.


  • Certification in Culinary Arts from an accredited educational institution 
  • Associate’s degree in a culinary program is preferred
  • At least four years of experience as an executive chef in a high-volume resort or casino

Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000
