With extensive experience in the social service and nonprofit sector, our candidate will build a driven, synergetic, and thoughtful culture ensuring team members thrive and organization outcomes are met. This person will have great people coaching skills and excellent business acumen to drive strategy and translate into actional goals with a human-centered focus.
Reporting to the Board of Directors and partnering with the President & CEO to refine and implement the current business strategies, the candidate (new Executive Director) will plan and collaboratively develop strategies and systems, which maximize the effectiveness, happiness and growth of their staff, volunteers, and families they serve. The Board and executive leadership have identified a transition plan for the President & CEO to shift to a parallel leadership position.
