Our client is a federally recognized Native American Tribe in Southern California seeking a Director of Facilities to oversee two casinos and a hotel.

The Director of Facilities will be responsible for overseeing all activities and initiatives related to the maintenance of two properties. Our successful candidate will develop cost efficient plans for all areas under their purview. The Director of Facilities will manage a team responsible for maintenance projects and repairs to minimize downtime of the facilities and their operations. They will also implement policies and procedures for the department. The successful candidate must have a thorough understanding of forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, productivity, inventory controls, P&L analysis and cost controls.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field, or equivalent experience
  • Eight or more years of Supervisory/Management experience
  • Experience with Hotel maintenance preferred
