We have been retained by a world-class ski and summer destinations seeking a General Manager at their Steak House restaurant. While known for offering the finest steaks from Snake River Farms or trout fresh from Idaho streams, the menu accommodates to all types of palates, including vegetarians and seafood enthusiasts.
The General Manager will oversee the front of house and kitchen operations of the restaurant. Our ideal candidate will calculate, analyze, and manage cost of goods sold, labor, and variable costs related to the restaurant.
