General Manager

We have been retained by an innovative and exciting company that is expanding their organization by opening a brand-new location. With various amenities such as golf, premium cocktails, and mouth-watering food options, it’s sure to leave adults wanting to come back for a unique and competitive experience.

The General Manager is responsible for delivering a successful launch and sustained growth of the company’s upcoming location. Our winning candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality hospitality service while also overseeing the day-to-day finances. The position reports to both the Vice President and Senior Vice President of Operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 8 years of experience in a high-volume, hospitality environment
• At least 4 years of experience as a General Manager or similar role that oversees complex business models with multiple revenue streams
• Experience in systems creation, analysis, implementation, and efficacy
• TIPS alcohol and food handling certifications
• Excellent communication at all levels

Salary Range: $150,000 – $175,000
