Head of Product Development

We have been retained by an established tour operator that has experienced remarkable growth over the years. Known for providing cost-effective vacation experiences across the globe, our client offers a wide-range of packages tailored to every kind of traveler.

The Head of Product Development is responsible for expanding and enhancing the company’s product offerings, optimizing vendor relationships, and playing a hands-on role in shaping the future of the business. The successful candidate will oversee the department, comprised of senior managers and their staff. This is a hybrid position with some in-office hours required on the East Coast. The role reports directly to the President.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Five or more years of travel-related product development management experience
• Experience with tour operations
• Strong knowledge of global travel markets, customer preferences, and industry trends

Salary Range: $100,000 – $150,000
