Hotel General Manager

We have been retained by a first-class hospitality management company seeking the next leader for one of their highly rated properties. Conveniently located near popular attractions, this contemporary hotel brings comfort and relaxation to all guests.

The Hotel General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, sales, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader who can effectively manage staff, guest services, and finances to deliver top-tier experiences and drive business growth. The position reports directly to the Vice President.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in a senior leadership role, or as a GM within the hospitality industry
• Strong financial acumen with a background in budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, and financial analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000
