We have been retained by a leading hospitality management company that is poised for significant growth. The family-owned organization manages a diverse market pool within hospitality, including casino, hotel, and retail. The Human Resources Director is responsible for the direct oversight of the HR team, including: recruitment, operations, employee relations, benefits, team member development and retention, engagement initiatives and training, and internal communications. Our successful candidate will commit to creating and upholding the company culture and training in all properties. The position reports directly to the President.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field required
  • At least 3-5 years of HR leadership experience preferred
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing multi-properties is a strong plus
  • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
