The Human Resources Manager is responsible for administering and coordinating policies, programs, and procedures covering the day-to-day human resources activities. Our successful candidate will be well-versed in employment and recruitment, wage and salary administration, employee relations, benefit administration, and employee services. The position reports to the Director of Human Resources. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
  • At least 5 years of progressive supervisory experience in HR administration preferred
  • CP, SCP, PHR, or SPHR Certification from SHRM or HRCi is ideal
  • Must have strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
