We have been retained by a Tribally owned and operated casino on the West Coast. Known as the County’s favorite entertainment destination, the property features over 1,000 state-of-the-art gaming options, lively events, and breathtaking views of the Valley. The Human Resources Manager will collaborate across all HR level and teams, cross-functional partners, and business clients to develop and implement organizational effectiveness initiatives enterprise-wide. Our ideal candidate will provide support in stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and execution of the organization process and culture shifts. The position reports to the Director of Human Resources.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
  • At least 3 years of HR experience preferred
  • Prior experience in a Tribal Gaming enterprise preferred
  • PHR/SPHR/THRP certifications are a plus
