Litigation Counsel

Our client is a federally recognized Native American Tribe on the West Coast. In this newly created role, our successful candidate will work for a Tribal Government with longevity and a forward-thinking perspective for their community and employees.  

The Litigation Counsel will provide legal counsel, representation, and analysis for the Tribe. We are seeking someone who will serve as the Tribe’s legal advisor, while providing attorney services to their Victims Service Program. The position reports directly to the In-House Counsel.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school required
• At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Tribal law experience is a plus
• Prior experience in employment law is nice to have



Salary Range: $150,000 – $175,000
