Our client is a family-owned company. They are a manufacturer of frozen, ready-to-cook protein products (chicken, beef, pork, seafood).

We are searching for a Maintenance Manager for a food manufacturer in the Seattle/Kent Washington area. The successful candidate will oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery, facility structure, and systems critical to meeting GFSI standards. This person will develop a comprehensive maintenance strategy for all facility equipment and systems, including processing machinery, HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and building infrastructure. The Maintenance Manager will also conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment to identify potential issues and address them proactively.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Three or more years of maintenance management experience in a food processing, or food manufacturing environment
  • Experience with regulatory and SQF requirements related to food safety and facility maintenance
  • Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
  • Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), is a plus

Salary Range: $120,000 – 130,000
