Maintenance Manager

Our client is a manufacturer of delicious and authentic soft tortillas, as well as tortilla chips and salsas. They are located in the Midwest. This is a special opportunity to join an established, rapidly growing and highly regarded category leader.

The Maintenance Manager will provide the overall leadership and direction for facility maintenance personnel allowing for a safe, efficient operating environment by directing installation, maintenance, and repair of machines, tools, equipment, facility, wastewater, refrigeration and electrical systems in a food processing environment. The successful candidate will also prepare and implement a maintenance budget and approve all maintenance expenditures within approval limits.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Five or more years of maintenance management experience in a food manufacturing environment
• Experience implementing a preventive maintenance program
• Experience developing KPIs
• Understanding of PLC systems
• Experience with CMMS

Salary Range: $110,000 – $150,000
