We have been retained by a world-class ski and summer destination resort seeking a hands-on culinary expert at their cozy French bistro. 

The Managing Chef will oversee the daily operations of the front and back of the house to provide a dining experience that exceeds guest expectations. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate high creativity in creating menus with heavy emphasis on French cuisine. The position reports to the Director of Food and Beverage.


  • Associates degree in related field required
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in French cuisine
  • 3 years’ experience in a 4-star fine dining establishment is ideal
