Operations Planning and Analysis Manager

The Operations Planning and Analysis Manager will have a strong understanding and experience in establishing Key Performance Indicators across an organization and advanced expertise in several areas such as greenfield development preformats and creation of central planning models. Our ideal candidate is a hands-on leader, able to work in a fast-paced environment and can produce high quality work. The position reports to the SVP of Operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, operations management or similar field
• At least 5 years of experience in business operations and data analysis
• At least 6 years of experience in strategic, operational or like field of work
• Strong management and conflict resolution experience
• Strong financial and operational modeling experience
• Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills

Salary Range: Up to $100,000
