The Production Training Manager will be responsible for creating an organizational training strategy for the company’s production team and will oversee its implementation and assess its outcome. They will identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives that build loyalty across the team and will strive to enhance employees’ skills, performance, productivity, and quality of work. This person will develop the program curriculum, materials, and assessments for all production teams and maintain the program. The Production Training Manager will also develop and implement onboarding and training programs for new hires in the Central Kitchen including production, assembly, sanitation, and fulfillment.
