The Regional Sales Manager will manage a team of route salespeople and will be responsible for effectively communicating the Company’s sales plan and initiatives to the sales team in their designated region. They will review and adjust sales route structures for the region to guarantee customers are properly serviced and they will maintain a focus on quick, effective, and acceptable resolution of customer complaints. The Regional Sales Manager will also devise quarterly sales plans and will recruit, select, mentor, and train employees.
