Route Manager

Our client is a respected industry partner known for its diverse route operations and exceptional expertise in serving customers.

The Route Manager will directly supervise and oversee the day-to-day operations of the slot machine route department. The ideal candidate will assess the route to improve efficiency and identify potential weaknesses in policies, procedures, or areas of vulnerability to theft. The position reports to the Director of Route Operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous leadership experience working in slot machine operations
• Knowledge of restricted gaming regulations
• Proven experience with labor-conscious scheduling
• Strong communication skills with team members, guests, and location owners/management

Salary Range: $90,000 – $105,000
