Senior Director of Hospitality Operations

We have been retained by a hospitality company that has over 20 years of experience in the industry. With people being at the core of their business, the organization is looking for a leader to join their team in bringing the best service possible to guests.

The Senior Director of Hospitality Operations is responsible for overseeing all aspects of hospitality operations for this extraordinary destination, including hotel rooms, food & beverage, and meetings & events. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and management skills to improve revenue and guest experiences. This position reports directly to the President.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• At least eight years of executive leadership in hospitality – preferably in large hotels and food & beverage operations
• Experience with new construction projects is a plus
• Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Salary Range: $200,000 – $250,000
