Senior Program Execution Lead

We are conducting a search for a well-established casino and hotel that attracts world-class players. With over 150 table games, more than 15,000 sq ft of event space, dining options, and a spa – the property’s amenities are sure to leave guests wanting to come back for more!

The Senior Program Execution Lead is responsible for hands-on, outcomes-driven leadership in driving critical initiatives from decision to completion. This role exists to ensure that high-priority efforts do not stall due to bureaucracy, coordination failures, or unclear ownership. The successful candidate acts as a conduit between the executive team and staff, to ensure the delivery of high-stakes initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, or a related field
• Experience operating in large, matrixed organizations (government, military, or consulting)
• Ability to balance speed, risk, and stakeholder management
• Track record of delivering results under time and political pressure
• Experience with organizational transformation

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS:

• PMP
• Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt
• Agile / SAFe certification
• Program Management or Operations certifications

Salary Range: $130,000 – $140,000
