Supply Chain and Logistics Manager

Our client is a manufacturer of delicious and refreshing beverages, located in the Los Angeles area (local candidates only). This is a special opportunity to join an established and growing, highly regarded category leader.

The Supply Chain and Logistics Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of import, production, inventory, and distribution operations. The successful candidate is also responsible for building and developing a high-performing Logistics/Supply Chain team. The position will control and optimize container scheduling in coordination, as well as manage the annual Logistics/Supply Chain department budget, including freight, warehousing, and re-packing material costs. This role will manage 3PL warehouse operation and relationships, and optimize and manage product importing for Amazon inventory.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered
• PCQI Certification – Required; if not currently certified, certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire
• Prior management experience in the beverage or food industry, including team leadership and staff development
• Demonstrated experience managing high-volume container/import operations
• Inventory management experience
• Budget management experience, and working understanding of P&L
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred but not required

Salary Range: $100,000 – $135,000 plus competitive bonus and benefits
