SVP of Marketing

Our client is a premier gaming destination within a rapidly expanding company. Built on community involvement and a strong team-oriented culture, they are seeking a seasoned marketing executive to spearhead their department.

The SVP of Marketing is responsible for the execution and performance of the property’s marketing programs, including communications, public relations, advertising, direct marketing strategy, events, promotions, and player development. The ideal candidate will utilize their skills in data analytics and budgeting to develop and implement marketing plans that meet business goals. The position reports directly to the General Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• At least five years of experience in a senior marketing executive role
• Prior experience working at a high-volume casino or in a hospitality environment
• Strong data analytics, financial, and budgeting skills

Salary Range: $198,000 – $240,000
