Our client is an award-winning hospitality company specializing in the operation of boutique and branded hotel properties across the US. With a growing portfolio and people-first culture, the proprietor is looking for a motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit to lead their business development efforts.

The Vice President of Business Development is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and securing management contracts for the organization. The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with hotel investors, owners, private equity groups, brand executives, hotel brokers, asset managers, and consulting firms. The position reports directly to the President.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, business, hotel management, finance, or a related field
  • At least five years of proven experience successfully securing business leads
  • Extensive knowledge of hospitality and hotel real estate markets, particularly on the East Coast
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis, underwriting acquisitions, and financial modeling
  • Up to 50% of travel is expected for the role

 

Salary Range: $100,000 – $125,000 plus aggressive bonus potential
