Vice President of Engineering & Physical Plant

We have been retained by a hospitality organization with a historic reputation for growth, success, quality, and stability. Recognized for winning multiple 4-star/diamond titles for their properties, the company has expanded significantly and is seeking a remarkable engineer to fill this newly created position.

The Vice President of Engineering and Physical Plant will be responsible for planning, troubleshooting, and diagnosing a wide range of challenges related to the organization’s complex, growing, and aging infrastructure. Our ideal leader will collaborate with the executive team to plan and prioritize infrastructure investments. The position reports to the Executive Vice President of Hospitality.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required
• At least 8 years of senior leadership in engineering preferred
• Prior experience in a complex gaming or hospitality resort setting preferred
• Must be a team player with excellent communication skills

Salary Range: $300,000 – $350,000
