Vice President of Food and Beverage

Our client is a leading casino resort that offers a wide variety of slot machines, table games, sportsbook options, and award-winning restaurants. Their luxurious hotel amenities and recreational activities, suited for all ages, ensure that the destination will attract guests looking for an unforgettable experience.

The Vice President of Food and Beverage is responsible for directing all functions of the food and beverage department, including banquets. The ideal client will oversee the planning and operational execution of guest services, venue marketing plans, and revenue/profit levels. The position reports to the General Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field
• At least eight years of experience in a casino resort setting with 7+ F&B outlets
• Experience in creating annual budgets, marketing plans, and business plans for F&B
• Ability to create a positive work environment

Salary Range: $165,000 – $215,000
