The Vice President of Food and Beverage is responsible for developing and executing all food and beverage operation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, monitor customer feedback, and inspect food service facilities to ensure quality and compliance. The position reports to the General Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree from a recognized hospitality or culinary school
  • At least eight years of experience as a senior manager in a food and beverage operations
  • Extensive knowledge of current market trends, culinary innovation, and sustainability practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

 

Salary Range: $220,000 – $255,000 plus annual bonus
