Vice President of Hospitality

We are conducting a search for a casino resort seeking an ambitious leader to join their team. Recognized with 150+ awards since opening their doors, the thriving destination resort features a remarkable collection of gaming, entertainment, and dining options. The establishment has undergone major development, including a four-diamond luxury hotel.

The Vice President of Hospitality is responsible for maximizing performance and continuously improving the organization’s Hospitality and Food and Beverage operations. Our winning candidate will oversee several hospitality areas, develop and implement departmental operating budgets, and promote top tier guest service. The position reports directly to the AGM.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management preferred
• 7 years of senior level management experience in Food and Beverage and Hotel Administration
• Strong knowledge of MMS/IP systems
• Experience in a high-volume casino and hotel environment preferred
• Strong communication skills and organizational skills

Salary Range: $150,000 – $200,000
