The Vice President of Human Resources will direct all of the human capital functions in accordance with the company policies and practices. We are looking for a strategic executive to position the organization as an employer of choice within the industry. The position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field required
  • At least 8 years of experience in HR management preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR practices including employee relations, performance management, benefits, compensation, and learning & development
  • Must have strong problem-solving and research skills
