The Vice President of Human Resources is responsible for delivering policies, programs, and systems to support the workplace and employee experience. Our ideal candidate will have a generalist knowledge with a focus in leading total rewards, HR systems and analysis, and employee/labor relations. The position reports directly to the SVP of People and Culture.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field required; Master’s degree strongly preferred
  • At least two years of HR experience at a VP-level preferred
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is ideal
  • Expert knowledge of wage and hour laws, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and other regulations in the region

Salary Range: Up to $285,000
