Vice President of Marketing

We are conducting a search for a casino resort seeking a forward-thinking marketing executive to join their team. Recognized with 150+ awards since opening their doors, the thriving destination resort features a remarkable collection of gaming, entertainment, and dining options. The establishment is undergoing major development, including a luxury hotel.

The Vice President of Marketing will oversee all marketing functions of the property, including but not limited to: Player Development, VIP Services, Entertainment, Database Strategy, Advertising, and Public Relations. Our ideal candidate will develop and implement marketing strategies to increase revenue and brand awareness. The position reports directly to the President and General Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required
• At least 8 years of executive-level management experience in a high-volume casino/hotel environment
• Must have a diversified marketing background
• Experience using SAS and other database analytic tools preferred

Salary Range: $200,000 – $225,000
