Vice President of Operations – Confidential

Our client is a manufacturer of a wide array of liquid products, dressings, sauces, and oils. They are located in Illinois. This is a special opportunity to join an established and growing, highly regarded category leader.

The Vice President of Operations will implement a unified operational strategy for multiple plants, as well as ensure each facility meets or exceeds KPIs in safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and cost. The successful candidate will implement policies that promote consistency, efficiency, and scalability across sites.

Additionally, the Vice President of Operations will interface with multiple departments to ensure alignment on product delivery, cost control, food safety, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will build a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement across operations. The chosen applicant will manage capital investment projects including facility upgrades, expansions, and new equipment installations, as well as maintain and strengthen food safety and quality systems.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 10 or more years of progressive operations leadership in a manufacturing environment
• Experience overseeing multiple production facilities
• A history of building or improving operations in high-growth or post-merger environments
• Success implementing process improvements and cost-saving initiatives

Salary Range: $225,000 – $300,000
