We are conducting a search for a casino resort seeking a people-oriented leader to join their team. Recognized with numerous awards, the thriving destination resort features a remarkable collection of gaming, entertainment, and various dining options.

The Vice President of Human Resources is responsible for planning and overseeing the operations of all Human Resource functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, and training. Our ideal candidate will design and execute budgets and goals as well as develop partnerships with all departments. This position reports to the President and General Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 5 years of Director level experience in Human Resources in a high volume casino and/or hospitality environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge in Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations, and Communication
  • Tribal gaming experience is a plus
  • Human Resource Professional certification is preferred

 

Salary Range: $170,000 – $200,000 plus bonus
