Our client is a thriving enterprise with a diverse portfolio of hospitality, gaming, and retail brands. As one of the largest employers in the region, the company promotes nurturing a culture of learning and advancement for their employees.

The Vice President for People Development and Engagement is responsible for developing and executing the training, development, and engagement of the Tribe and their businesses. Our ideal leader will implement strategies addressing opportunities of the organization, developing candidates, and providing career counseling. The position reports directly to the SVP of People and Culture.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, and related field required; Master’s degree preferred
  • At least 3 years of curriculum development experience in a director-level role preferred
  • Knowledge of learning management systems and human capital management systems is a plus
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is ideal

Salary Range: Up to $285,000
