Vice President of Product Development and Operations

We have been retained by a leading hospitality investment group that manages a collection of travel brands focused on creating culturally immersive experiences. This new role offers a unique opportunity for purpose-driven professionals who value meaningful work, collaboration, and the ability to shape the future of experiential travel.

The Vice President of Product Development and Operations will lead the Director and Manager-level teams that oversee the Product and Operations departments across the company’s travel brands. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and delivering exceptional programs, leading cross-functional teams, and optimizing operations for scale and quality. Reporting directly to the COO, this hybrid position requires some in-office hours in the Midwest.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• At least eight years of experience planning cruise, land, or other international travel programs
• General knowledge of destinations and geography for US travelers
• Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally

Salary Range: $135,000 – $155,000 plus bonus
