The Vice President of Product Development and Operations will lead the Director and Manager-level teams that oversee the Product and Operations departments across the company’s travel brands. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and delivering exceptional programs, leading cross-functional teams, and optimizing operations for scale and quality. Reporting directly to the COO, this hybrid position requires some in-office hours in the Midwest.
REQUIREMENTS:
Salary Range: $135,000 – $155,000 plus bonus
