Vice President of Relationship Marketing

Our client is a prestigious, award-winning casino and hotel that is part of a rapidly growing company. As a prime destination on the East Coast, the property prides itself on supporting its community and prioritizing a supportive, employee-focused environment.

The Vice President of Relationship Marketing will develop and lead strategic initiatives to attract and retain VIP players. We are seeking a high-level player development executive with a demonstrated ability to execute strategies that resonate with diverse demographic groups across the US. The position reports directly to the SVP of Relationship Marketing.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
• At least seven years of experience in relationship marketing
• Proven leadership experience in a high-volume casino setting
• Solid understanding of player tracking systems and credit procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary Range: $153,000 – $210,000
