The Vice President of Sales is responsible for directing the activities of the field sales and customer service departments, including staffing, assigning customer accounts, training, customer relations, database management, marketing, and performance evaluations. He/she will strategize with the CEO and the executive team to set the direction and focus of the company’s short-term and long-term objectives. This person will develop pricing strategy and metrics to measure the productivity of field sales personnel and will attend trade shows and professional organizations to promote the brand.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7+ years of experience in a senior sales leadership position
  • Knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques
  • Knowledge of SEO, web analytics, GoogleAds and other Social Media levers that serve to promote Company awareness
