Our client is a manufacturer of chocolates. This is a remote position requiring up to 60% travel in the US.

We are searching for a Vice President of Sales who will work with the executive team to develop a sales plan, as well as managing a sales team, attending trade shows, and creating a robust funnel of potential clients. The successful candidate will be tasked with winning new accounts and growing existing accounts. Additionally, the VP of Sales will identify industry trends and recommend actions based on available data.


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience selling private label and contract manufacturing is required
  • At least 8 years of sales experience in the food and beverage industry
  • 8 years of sales experience working with brokers, wholesalers, distributors, and retailers
  • Experience with sales forecasting and analytics
  • Experience selling confections is preferred, but not required
  • Strong category management and project management skills

Salary Range: $200,000 plus bonus/commission
