Vice President – Chief Financial Officer
Our client is a well established tour operator located in the Northeastern United States. They were looking for a seasoned CFO to reorganize their financial team, in order to create a culture of enhanced financial responsibility and control. The position was charged with the responsibility for the company’s banking relationships. The position oversaw the Corporate Controller, Internal Auditor, and a Corporate Tax Manager. Other administrative oversight responsibilities included human resources, purchasing, and MIS.
Corporate Controller
Our client is a corporate travel management firm, located in Florida. The position description called for an individual who could supervise the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual operating statements on both a property specific basis as well as via consolidated reporting. The Controller would also insure compliance with GAAP, Federal and State Regulations, and company specific practices and policies.
Corporate Director of Internal Audit
Our client is a leisure travel agency chain. The company headquarters are in Minnesota. They were looking for an experience Internal Auditor. The successful candidate would be responsible for ensuring that monetarily, the company is running efficiently, public records related to finances are kept accurately, and taxes are paid properly and on time. The audit director checks for mismanagement, waste or fraud and prepares reports identifying areas of potential internal exposure and areas for improved operational efficiency.
