Brand President – North America

Our client is a deluxe escorted tour company with a highly recognizable international brand. They are based in California. The Brand President is responsible for the implementation of all aspects of the companies marketing program for the brand in North America. As part of a worldwide network of companies, they became responsible for the support and advancement of the brand within the context of their global brand positioning, including reinforcement of all global brand, product, and service standards and animation of brand marketing products at the regional and local level.

Vice President – Customer Relationship Marketing

Our client is a Retail Travel Agency Consortium, located in California, with over 500 members. The company wanted to capture and share data concerning customers so as to cross market, develop a relationship with the customer that transcended product, and begin the process of profiling demographic information. The successful candidate spearheaded the launch of a strategic customer loyalty and retention program. They also developed an ongoing communications strategy utilizing newsletters, promotional e-mails, and product updates.

Corporate Director – E Commerce and Social Network Marketing

Our client is a leading packaged tour company, headquartered in Texas, with nationwide distribution. They retained our executive search firm to find an experienced online marketer who could increase web traffic by executing new initiatives including search engine optimization, social media marketing, and a comprehensive portfolio of online collateral. The successful candidate also incorporated a consistent use of logo, branding strategies, and text composition in all online presentations.
