A Year in Review: Looking Back at 2025

As we wrap up the year, we want to reflect on the successes that have made big impressions in 2025. Here are our highlights!

We turned three executive searches into six hires.

This year brought a unique win: three clients ended up hiring both of our finalists for roles that were originally intended for just one person. They were so impressed with the talent we presented, finding it challenging to choose between the two, that each client took it upon themselves to bring both candidates on board. (Three separate times!)

We placed more amazing talent in remarkable organizations.

• Executive Director of Hotel Operations for a full-service casino and hotel in the Western US
• Director of Database Marketing for a rustic casino & hotel in the Western US
• Director of IT for a growing casino resort in the Midwest
• Conducted a wage study for a client in the South

We have improved our onboarding process for clients.

We added new tools to kick off searches faster, creating a seamless client experience. From signing agreements to completing search questionnaires, partnering with us is now more efficient and user-friendly!

We are giving back this holiday season.

Each year, our employees select two charities for Bristol to support during the holidays. This season, we are contributing to the Setting Scoliosis Straight Foundation and the Sierra Club Foundation.
