The retained search service Bristol offers includes sourcing, screening, submitting qualified candidates, scheduling interviews, and negotiating employment and compensation packages of selected finalists.  Each search is unique, and we provide personalized service to gain an in-depth understanding of our clients at the start of our relationship. Given our firm’s industry focus and vast database of talent, we have in-depth knowledge of compensation ranges from C-suite executives to mid-level management. We regularly advise clients on current job market conditions and consult on matters of compensation including base salaries, bonus programs, commission structures, incentives, benefits, and long-term compensation. We can provide customized compensation information (wage studies) à la carte to our main retained executive search services. The salary data we provide is always anonymous, in that it is tied to job titles and not executives’ names.

Chief Financial Officer

We placed the Chief Financial Officer for a luxurious wellness and lifestyle destination resort located on a famous beach in the South. This renovated 580-unit Condo Hotel was named the #1 resort in Florida by Conde Nast Traveler. The resort features a 65,000 sq ft luxury spa with 25 treatment rooms, four swimming pools, and a state-of-the-art fitness facility. The hotel also has four dining venues and several bars. The CFO is responsible for managing all aspects of accounting, reporting, operational analysis, and internal control for the property. Our placed candidate establishes strategic plans and provides leadership and support to the management team.

Senior Vice President of Operations

One of Hawaii’s leading hotel and resort management companies was our client for the Senior Vice President of Operations search. The company is a subsidiary of a NYSE listed corporation with significant holdings in the hospitality industry, and they manage over 50 hotels, resorts, and condominiums in Hawaii. They are committed to creating hand-crafted experiences and leaving lasting impressions over their five proprietary brands designed to suit any lifestyle, taste, or budget. The Senior Vice President of Operations is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and managing enterprise-wide property operations for all brands. Our firm was selected by a leading international hotel company to conduct their search for the Corporate Director of Food and Beverage. Our client operates and franchises highly themed hotel and casino properties in some of the world’s most desirable locations. The Corporate Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for providing support, leadership, and oversight of the food and beverage strategies and activities for the organization’s global hotels and casinos, both managed and franchised.
