Bristol Associates was founded by Jim Sr. and Sandie Bright in 1967 (pictured right). In 1982, Lucy Farber and Jim Bright Jr. became the owners. Now, President Ben Farber represents Bristol Associates’ third generation of family ownership.
Ben Farber represents the 3rd generation of proud family ownership of Bristol Associates. He joined the firm in 2003 with an initial focus in the Casino Gaming Division. Currently, Ben remains very involved with Bristol’s diverse range of clients, as well as overseeing the operations of the firm.
David Alford has been in the staffing industry for over 20 years and joined Bristol Associates in 2017. He has placed people across a broad spectrum of industries, including Food & Beverage Manufacturing, Restaurant, Hospital & Healthcare, and Nonprofit. He has serviced and managed accounts ranging from small family-run businesses to billion dollar international corporations.
Director of Creative Operations
Jessa Farber joined Bristol Associates in 2018 and has nearly 20 years of experience in the creative industry. She oversees the creative and business operations of Bristol. Over the course of her career Jessa has held positions including graphic design lead, production manager, production artist, and color designer in a wide spectrum of industries.
Alexander joined Bristol Associates in the thick of 2020, hungry to learn and eager to apply his interpersonal skills to a new industry. His contributions to the firm were immediate, as he has a gift for connecting with people and offering critical guidance at every stage of the hiring process.

Marketing and Administration Supervisor
Erika joined Bristol Associates in 2017 in an effort to strengthen her marketing and administrative experience. Erika graduated from UCLA with a B.A. in Sociology. In her spare time, she volunteered for a nonprofit organization where she served as their Vice President, Administrative Committee Head, and Mentor.
