The salary data we provide is always anonymous, in that it is tied to job titles and not executives’ names.

Chief Business Development Officer

Our client, a large, stable health group, asked us to help them find a Chief Business Development Officer. The position is responsible for planning and implementing processes to improve the organization’s business growth. Our placed candidate is tasked with developing marketing and communication strategies to meet Company Objectives.

Vice President of Quality Support Services

A full service, 300+ bed hospital with a Level II trauma center was our client for this search. The Vice President of Quality Support Services, a newly created position, oversees Utilization Management, Quality Improvement, Medical Social Services, Patient Safety, Patient Advocacy, and Infection Control, with 20 FTEs and a budget over $1.7 million. Our placed CPHQ candidate institutes programs and implements benchmarking systems that improve outcomes and has superior interpersonal and communication skills to mentor department staff.

Emergency Department Director

We completed the search for the Emergency Department Director to oversee the ED at a highly regarded 100 bed, full service, acute care hospital and two nearby ski clinics. The 13 bed Department has 20 FTEs and about 18,500 visits per year. Our placed candidate is a dynamic, experienced leader with strong administrative and clinical skills, and as part of the role they are participating in several key projects, including the application for a Level III Trauma Center, becoming an Accredited Chest Pain Center, and an Orthopedic Center of Excellence.

Director of Women's Services

We placed the Director of Women’s Services for a 200+ bed tertiary care facility providing healthcare for women and children in Hawaii and the entire Pacific Basin. The position oversees four units: Family Birth Center, Mother-Baby, Ante/Postpartum/High Risk OB, and a small Adult ICU. The scope of responsibility is about 100 beds and 250 staff. Our placed candidate reports to the COO and had prior experience directing high-volume departments.
