We can provide customized compensation information (wage studies) à la carte to our main retained executive search services. The salary data we provide is always anonymous, in that it is tied to job titles and not executives’ names.

Chief Operating Officer

Our client, located in the Eastern United States, operates convention centers and assembly halls. They were looking for a top industry talent to fill the Chief Operating Officer position. Our placed candidate reports to the CEO and is responsible for operation-related activities for all of the facilities.

President

We were retained by a North American subsidiary of a large multi-national concession services company with multiple locations, including airports, ballparks, stadiums, and arenas, to fill their President role. Our placed candidate is responsible for overseeing all aspects of their airport division. The position develops and administers policies, procedures, and programs for the department and controls all activities of the business.

Vice President of Concession Services and Merchandise

We completed the search for the Vice President of Concession Services and Merchandise for a significant new force in the concession services and catering industry. Our client is a rapidly growing operator of two premier facilities that provide expertise and carefully honed customer service in multiple categories including food and beverage, merchandise, facilities management, design and consulting, hospitality, and live entertainment. The Vice President of Concession Services and Merchandise is responsible for overseeing the retail operations of the organization. Our placed candidate develops, implements, and oversees strategies related to concession services and merchandising.
