New Placement: Bristol Sweetens the CEO Deal
Founded in 1923, Sweetener Products Company is a leading supplier and distributor of quality food ingredients to United States. With their CEO’s upcoming retirement in December 2020, the long-established organization asked Bristol Associates to assist in finding them a new CEO.
Vice President David Alford led the search and found an outstanding executive with the right background and experience for their team. Sweetener’s new hire is Dale Jabour, who worked as the President and CFO of Simply Fresh, LLC for nearly 20 years. He will transition as the new CEO after the current CEO retires, serving as their Executive VP in the interim.
Since the search occurred at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, David found the assignment to be a memorable and challenging experience. David stated, “It was a pleasure working with Sweetener Products Company and gaining in-depth knowledge of the organization and its lengthy history. I know Dale will be a great fit for them and will be ready to take on the CEO role in December.”
